The open-concept kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils are also provided. A separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower complete the accommodation. Wi-Fi, a TV, a radio, and CD and DVD players provide entertainment and connectivity. A garden and a private parking space are also available. The sandy beach and the sea are each about 600 metres away. Restaurants are about 150 metres away, shopping is 200 metres away, and public transport is about 300 metres away. The non-smoking apartment also welcomes families with children and serves as a great starting point for days at the beach, walks, bike rides, and water sports.
