The photos on the listing are deceiving. Photos show cleaner, bright and up to date rooms which are not entirely accurate. Rooms not thoroughly cleaned crumbs, lint and dust on floor. Poop found smeared on toilet seat, blood on side of bathtub and sofas are stained and gross. Staff was kind but the condition of the hotel is in poor shape. We booked here because a mall, lazy dog and Costco were nearby so it seemed good. The mall is almost entirely bankrupt with only few (5) stores open. It literally looked like something out of a movie. And finally, this location is a live-in property. Many permanently live here and questionable characters roaming nearby. Overall, no accommodation to our issues were made and I would not recommend to others.
