The check in process was easy. The house was beautiful and peaceful. It was perfect for a quiet weekend getaway. The host were very sweet and welcoming. The space was very comfortable and felt very clean.

This was the perfect place to relax after a long day at the Highland Games! The setting is so beautiful and peaceful, and the house was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed, and Katie was very friendly and communicative.

The house and property are beautiful! The area is very quiet and the back deck is ideal for relaxing in the beautiful rockers. If rockers aren’t your thing, check out the hammock between a couple of trees in front! Also in the front is an awesome swing set near the tree line. It has an angled rock climbing wall, covered playhouse, a red enclosed spiral slide, a traditional swing and toddler swing!Left of the garage is a small pumpkin patch with tall sunflowers on the boarder then a beautiful wooded area which offers privacy. We didn’t explore but watched the squirrels scamper across tree limbs. The kitchen is large and roomy enough for two or more people to prepare a meal together! Our bed was very comfy but a dresser or chest would have been handy for storing the clothes that didn’t require hanging in closet.The central air kept us cool and comfortable. We had family to visit and the sitting areas are perfect for everyone to sit comfortably.The bathroom is average with washing machine and dryer which is always a plus. The water pressure is great and the water hot!!The hosts replied to questions promptly!We plan to return with our grandchildren to visit the host’s family farm!
