The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip all bedding from used beds. Please start at least one load of laundry. Place all linens and towels in laundry room. Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start.
Return the thermostat back to the original setting at check-in.
Secure and lock the backdoor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties will be allowed.
No illegal activity or drugs are allowed.
