Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, zum Wasser ist es ein Stück weiter (wer ausgedehnte Spaziergänge mag, kann laufen, ansonsten sind es ein paar Minuten mit dem Rad/Auto). Trotz der Lage direkt an der "Hauptstraße" (wenn man das so nennen mag :)) ist es auch nachts wirklich ruhig. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt, konnten allerdings leider wetterbedingt die super tolle Dachterasse nicht nutzen. Die in den hier zu findenden Bewertungen bemängelte steile Treppe ist in der Tat ein bisschen steiler, als man das vielleicht gewohnt ist - aber sowohl unsere Tochter im Alter von 2 1/2 Jahren als auch unser Sohn mit fast 7 konnten unfallfrei alleine hoch und runter. Einen Stern Abzug für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, weil das Haus verglichen mit anderen Optionen in ähnlicher Lage doch schon recht teuer ist. Einen Tipp für die nächsten Mieter: Falls die Heizung und das Warmwasser beim Einzug nicht funktionieren sollten, hängt im Wohnzimmer neben der Tür ein kleiner weißer Kasten - das ist die "Steuerung", die Anleitung hängt daneben. Ein etwas prominenterer Hinweis auf dieses Kästchen könnte nicht schaden :)

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und groß. Die Aufteilung ist super. In der Nähe ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und von den Nachbarn nicht einsehbar. Sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat es dort an nichts fehlt. Die Räumlichkeiten oben haben sehr tiefe Decken. Also muss sich ein großer Mensch ein wenig aufpassen. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.
