Landhaus Daum can be found in Schwendau in the Zillertal valley, a 2-minute drive from the Horbergbahn Cable Car and the Penken Ski Area. The ski bus stops in front of the property.

You can take advantage of modern apartments with fully equipped kitchenette and balcony. Baby equipment, for example high chairs, is provided on request.

A bakery and a small grocery store can be found just 50 metres away and there are 2 supermarkets within a 1 km radius. There is a restaurant next to Landhaus Daum.

Ski equipment can be stored in a separate room equipped with a boot dryer. In summer, you can spend relaxing hours in the garden.

Guest enjoy free access to the public outdoor pool in Hippach during summer season. Tennis, beach volleyball and basketball courts and a football pitch are located next to the property and can be used free of charge.

Great location and room according to advertisement

Great family location. We stayed 4 days during the summer period and there are sufficient activities in the area. Bakery and a great outdoor swimming pool is at walking distance. Airco would have been convenient during hot days.

Super quiet small town. Away from all the tourists. Bike rental and trails 5 minute walk. Hosts were fantastic. Balcony had incredible view of the mountains.

A nice size apartment with spacious covered balcony. Ideal location for walks, close to swimming pool and an easy walk to Mayrhofen. Check out time is 0900 and there is some road noise when using the balcony, but this cannot be heard within the property.

Wir waren 8 Tage im Sommer vor Ort. Die Ferienwohnung war total klasse und hatte alles was man braucht. Alles war schön eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Der Balkon war toll und der Ausblick auf die Berge ebenfalls.Die Buchung war einfach und komplikationslos. Die Vermieter waren sehr, sehr nett. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt zentral mitten im Zillertal. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß sind Bäckerei, Metzger, Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants zu erreichen. Es gibt ein Schwimmbad direkt um die Ecke. Auch wenn man mit Kindern reist, gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen von dort aus. Wir waren viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs, absolut zu empfehlen. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal hinfahren, vielleicht schon nächstes Jahr und haben die Unterkunft schon an Familie und Freunde weiter empfohlen , falls sie einmal in Österreich Urlaub machen wollen.Also alles wirklich empfehlenswert:-)

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Super ruime kamers, sfeervol, schoon en van alles voorzien. Fijne ruimte voor (verwarmde) skischoenen en ski's beneden. We komen graag terug!

Urlaub im Ziilertal

Wir empfehlen die Fewo auf jeden Fall weiter. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und vor allem der überdachte Balkon hat uns top gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es nochmal ins Zillertal geht

Ruhig und zentral

Diese wunderschön modernisierte Wohnung befindet sich in Schwendau. Sie ist geräumig, hat einen schönen Balkon mit Blick auf die Ahornspitze und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Es ist auch sehr ruhig und der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen.

Schöne Wohnung

Unkompliziert, sauber, alles da!

War mit meinem Sohn in der Wohnung Penken für einen Kurzurlaub von 4 Nächten. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung, viel Platz für 2, genug Platz für 4. Alles drin, was man braucht. 5 Min. mit dem Auto von der Talstation Horberg. Skibushaltestelle 1 Min. entfernt. Drei Restaurants in fast unmittelbarer Umgebung. 24H-Tankstelle mit Spar-Express-Markt (Preisgarantie wie ein großer Spar!) 3 Min. entfernt. Gerne wieder!

Wohlfühlurlaub

Wir haben zwei erholsame Wochen Wanderurlaub in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und war genau so wie im Internet beschrieben. Wir wurden bei unserer Anreise sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können dieses Feriendomizil nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wer da nicht hinfährt ist selber schuld . . . .

Die Unterkunft ist der OBERHAMMER !!! Es stimmt einfach alles. Eine super nette Gastgeberin, super Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung (so wohnen einige Zuhause nicht) und die perfekte Lage für Wanderungen oder auch zum Skifahren. Preis - Leistungsverhältnis absolut OK. Also wer hier nicht hinfährt ist echt selber schuld !!! Also wirklich weiter zu empfehlen.

"Traumurlaub im Zillertal"

Wir waren im August 2014 eine Woche im Landhaus Daum und fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Wohnung ( Wir hatten die Wohnung "Penken") war super sauber!! Meine Frau ist"barfuss" gelaufen ;-) . Die Vermieter haben uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden! Gute Ortskenntnis, Verbindungen und Preiskenntnisse haben uns oft die Entscheidung erleichtert, was wir "erwandern" wollten. Gute Lage in der Ortsmitte von Hippach! Unendliche Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und Wanderungen!! Gerne wieder!!!

Ferien wie im zweiten Zuhause

Top modern, neu renovierte Ferienwohnung, welche keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr sehr herzliche Vermieter, welche fast vergessen lassen, dass man nur zu Gast ist. Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen - nur 10 Minuten nach Mayrhofen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. ein Bäcker fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Sommer tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten für jede Kondition, im Winter nur ca. 5 Min. Autofahrt zur Talstation der Horbergbahn zur Auffahrt auf den Penken, ein Skigebiet für alle Könnensstufen. Jederzeit und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen - ich würde jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren!

Familie Daum hat uns eine Woche unbeschwerten Urlaub verschafft. Die Wohnung war in einem Top-Zustand - alles war wie erwartet und wir wurden bestens versorgt. Wir kommen gerne (bestimmt!) wieder.

Ski Week

Excellent location for skiing, very close to the cable car. The place is very well taken care of. Mayrhofen downtown is just a few minutes way by car. Definitely recommend.

Gelungener Aufenthalt dank Zimmer / Gastgeberin

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen. Sie zeigte uns das den Bildern / der Beschreibung entsprechende Appartement, welches neu eingerichtet und sehr sauber war. Das zwei Zimmer Appartement verfügte über ausreichend Platz und war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für den Urlaub benötigten (Kühlschrank, Küchenzeile mit Herd/Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirrspülmaschine, ausreichend Besteck/Geschirr usw.) Zudem war auch ein Internetzugang über WLAN vorhanden. Aufgrund der Lage des Appartements in Hippach / Schwendau hat man in der Nähe mehrere Möglichkeiten, Lebensmittel zu kaufen (Selbstversorger). Mayrhofen ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Pkw erreichbar. Obwohl wir diese nicht genutzt haben, fielen uns aber zahlreiche Bushaltenstellen (Skibus) unmittelbar vor dem Appartement auf. Man dürfte dort relativ schnell an den Skiliften sein. Gute Restaurants sind ausreichend im Ort vorhanden, ein Bäcker (mit kleinem Supermarkt) ist in ca. 300m vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin versüßte uns zudem mit einer kleinen Überraschung zu Heiligabend das Weihnachtsfest! Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir sind uns sicher, dass wir dieses Appartement nochmals buchen werden...
