The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Added Fees: •There is a one time cleaning fee of $250.
Added Fees: •There is a one time $25 fee for a parking and gate pass, to be picked up at the Clubhouse.
•If you wish Pool heating, it is $30 per day. Please let me know a week before you arrive, so we can arrange to turn it on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Keep the doors closed so the air conditioner does not overwork and freeze up.
Please do not put any hot pots or hot items on the kitchen countertop.
The patio barbecue is electric. It is healthier and cleaner. Plug it in and turn the dial to its highest heat. Please unplug it when finished.

House was exactly as stated in ad. Host was easy to contact and had quick responses when needed. Fixed problems quickly when needed, but was not many problems to fix. Location isn't bad from parks or shopping and restaurants.
