Nestled on 1.89 lush, wooded acres, this spacious 5-bedroom with 10 beds (2 King, 4 Queen, 4 twin, and 4 Queen air mattresses available)/3.5 bath escape offers the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and fun, all just minutes from Texas A&M University.

With room to accommodate 16+ (24 with air mattresses) guests, this home is ideal for reunions, game-day & graduation gatherings, celebrations, retreats, local festivals, and multi-family vacations.

Our secluded retreat is perfect for wedding parties, baby showers, birthday celebrations, pool parties, or let's just get away for the weekend parties. There is plenty of parking available for up to 12 smaller cars and 10 larger vehicles.

Whatever you need a large space for with the ability to invite even more during the day, this is the place to stay!
