Every bedroom is equipped with closets & hangers, Resort style crisp white linens, room darkening blinds & blackout drapery. Guests also have the option to use a queen sleeper sofa in the living room (linens provided in hallway closet)

This is not an app but rather a secure site for ID verification & rental agreement signature and home guide details/instructions. All guests are required to select either $1500 CC hold (not a traditional deposit but rather a temp hold) or purchase damage waiver protection.

This home is located in unincorporated city of Seminole in Pinellas County FL. Strict county regulations include:
QUIET HOURS from 10pm-8am
NO street parking allowed. Max 4 cars must park in driveway. These rules are also posted throughout the home to ensure compliance and respect for the neighbors. A noise monitoring device by Minut is installed outside by the pool to detect noise during quiet hours.
