Entire cabin in Ellijay, Georgia

Relax with family or friends at this peaceful cabin with breathtaking mountain views and the sounds of a babbling creek. This cabin has it all for your family enjoyment! Relax and play games beside the fireplace in the spacious living room, enjoy the spectacular mountain views from the large decks, soak in the new hot tub. Throw some darts, play bumper pool, card games or board games in the spacious downstairs rec room. Or take the short walk down the hill to enjoy the creek side porch swing.

The space
As you pull into the driveway of "Whitetail Ridge" you are immediately struck by the beauty and peacefulness of this secluded mountain getaway. You will notice the many decks to enjoy the spectacular mountain views from every angle. Perhaps, you may have already seen some of our frequent white-tailed deer visitors in the yard. Check to see if the horses are in the pasture across the street. Walk up the steps to your left and follow the lush walkway to the wrap around front porch.

As you enter the front door and make a left, you will enter the spacious, country rustic living room. There is plenty of space for your family or friends to stretch out and relax after a long day of activities in the Ellijay/Blue Ridge area. Relax in the comfy couch, loveseat or chair. Kick back and watch a movie on the 55" smart, HD TV. Or have a cocktail or cup of hot cocoa in front of the beautiful stone fireplace. There is a half bathroom off the living room for your convenience.

Continue on to the dinning room that seats 7-8 people. You will immediately be awe struck by the incredible views of the Rich Mountains outside the dining room windows. Imagine enjoying meals with family and friends with that view!

To your right, you will notice the spacious, fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for gathering and cooking with family and friends. There is also a bar area with two bar stools for additional dinning space. And of course, you have the beautiful mountain views outside the kitchen windows as well!

Off the kitchen, is the laundry room. It has a newer washer and dryer as well as an additional sink.

As you enter the front door, take a right to enter the master suite. You will feel like you just entered a rustic lodge! Beautifully furnished with handmade, barn wood Amish furniture. Sleep in late on the comfortable king size memory foam mattress. Tons of room with two walk in closets, private toilet, two sinks and a shower. And best of all, have a soak in the tub while looking out over the mountains from the window!

Just outside the kitchen is expansive deck areas for your enjoyment. The most amazing mountain views and the sounds of Oliver Creek below!!! Nice weather - enjoy the uncovered decks and fresh mountain air. Bad weather or want to get away from the sun or bugs - enjoy the screened in deck with rocking chairs, outdoor dining table and gas grill. You will enjoy having some meals on the screened in deck over looking the mountains! We love waking up and having our morning coffee outside.

Walk up the stairs to the top story. You are welcomed by the most incredible views you can imagine! There are three bedrooms on this floor and they all have the most amazing mountain views. The rooms on the left and right are two more very large master suites with their own bathrooms and huge walk in closets. The room on the left has a new king size memory foam mattress with dark wood furniture. The room on the right has a new queen size memory foam mattress and handmade Amish black walnut furniture. All three rooms have a door to the outside, top deck that offers the best views of the whole place.... simply amazing! This is the best place to watch the sunsets or just take it all in.

The middle room has a handmade Amish log, twin bunk bed. There is also a desk in case you are in need or some work space. The views from this room are amazing as well!

The basement level has a very spacious recreation room. It is a great place for entertaining. It has a 60" HD TV, electronic dartboard, 400 plus arcade game, bumper pool table as well as puzzles and games. The bumper pool table doubles as a regular table as the top simply lifts off. There are four chairs for the table. There is a nice couch and loveseat for your comfort and there is also another full bathroom as well. Just outside the rec room in the garage is a new ping pong table!

Just outside the rec. room is the brand new 5-6 person hot tub! This will come in handy after a long day of hiking, walking the towns and general sight seeing. Relax and refresh so you can be ready for another fun filled day in the mountains. You get another gorgeous mountain view from the hot tub as well!

Outdoor areas - There is a firepit just off the left side of the lower deck. Build a fire, have some cocktails, tell stories, make some Smores. Need some exercise? - take a walk or jog along the beautiful gravel road out front, feeling adventurous? - take the trail down to the creek to enjoy the swing... explore the great outdoors!

Kitchen- Fully stocked. Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker.

New webber gas grill and grilling utensils.

Whole house back up generator! No need to worry about power outages.

This cabin may not be the best choice if you are mobility challenged.

The last mile drive to the cabin is on a gravel, mountain road. It is well maintained and you should not need a four wheel drive vehicle.
