Unique Boulder County Mini-Farm Apartment
Stay with us on our 2-acre Boulder County mini-farm with great views. The apartment is on the lower level of a split level ranch house with its own locked entrance. There is a sliding glass door that opens to a huge patio that is all yours. The property features a greenhouse, garden beds, chicken coop, fire pits, and small pond.
This unit would be great for a traveling professional or graduate student or travelers looking for a longer stay to explore all that the region has to offer.
This is a one bedroom lower level apartment with a queen bed a queen sofa bed. There is a kitchenette with a cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and Corsori Oven with 12 cooking settings. Cable TV, HBO are also included (and access to subscriptions like Netflix is available) . There is a very large furnished patio that looks out to the back yard where our chickens and ducks roam free.
Laundry is shared and available in the hallway just outside the bedroom door.
