In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Motor access to 250 m from the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. 250 m footpath to the house. Public car park, public parking 250 m extra. Shop, grocery 250 m, supermarket, restaurant 200 m, bakery 250 m, bus stop "Grächen Post" 500 m, indoor swimming pool 500 m. Gute Lage im autofreien Teil von Grächen. Alles ist in kurzen Wegen gut zu erreichen. Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Gerade im Urlaub haben wir es sehr geschätzt, dass Küche und Ess-Wohnzimmer nicht getrennt sind und die Familie dadurch viel Zeit miteinander verbringen kann. Sogar Gesellschaftsspiele sind vorhanden.
