Accommodation description:
This chalet on an active farm offers plenty of privacy and has a quiet location on Gerlos Mountain. You start the day with breakfast in the furnished garden, and the terrace is ideal in summer for a relaxing afternoon with a good book. You can buy bread rolls and fresh farm produce directly from the farm. In winter, after a day in the snow, get cosy in the living room with TV and dining table. End the day in style with a drink on the balcony!

The accommodation is in a sunny location, 3 km above Zell am Ziller. A lovely place to relax and an ideal starting point for beautiful walks. The chalet is in the middle of the Zillertal Arena hiking area. The ski bus stops a short distance from the accommodation, on the main road, and takes you to the ski areas of Gerlos and Krimml or to the ski area of Zeller

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Der Ort ist wunderschön. Schöner großer Garten. Jede Menge Privatsphäre. Das Haus ist ein bisschen altmodisch. Die Instandhaltung lässt viel zu wünschen übrig. Die Decke des Badezimmers ist voller Schimmel. Die Vorhänge lassen so viel Licht durch, dass wir sie mit Tüchern abdecken mussten, weil die Kinder sonst nicht schlafen konnten. Wir fanden die Gastgeberin absolut unfreundlich. Bei der Ankunft musste alles schnell gehen. In der Beschreibung steht, dass ein Kinderbett vorhanden ist. War in der Hütte nicht vorhanden. Nachgefragt: wütende Antwort bekommen, dass wir hätten fragen sollen! Nun mussten wir es selbst aufstellen. Allerdings ohne Matratze. Hatten wenig Verwendung dafür. Hat unseren Aufenthalt weniger angenehm gemacht.
