Thank you for your wonderful review—we’re so glad you and your dogs loved the home, especially the hot tub and overall comfort. It truly means a lot to hear this was your best stay, and we’d love to host you again!
The location is great , it gives the opportunity to be off the main strip or get to it easy. The home itself is spacious and clean. Only thing I would say is it is close to a busier back road. I would stay again for sure!!
This cozy house is in the perfect location betwee. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! It has everything you need for your home away from home when it comes to relaxing, cooking, and spending quality family time. The homeowner has excellent communication and was a pleasure to talk with during our stay.We will be back!
Clean home felt like home. I liked the part of being out of town not in the crowds from rod run but close enough to go to town in couple minutes. Perfect for our dog the yard was great. Had everything u needed in the house. Any plenty of parking for cars. I would definitely stay there again.
We enjoyed our short stay at this property which was conveniently located to Dollywood, the Island and the strip in Pigeon Forge. The home was clean and cool during the warm afternoons. There were 3 bedrooms offering 2 kings and 1 queen size bed. The living room furniture in the listing was different than what we found when we arrived but was still very comfortable. There were towels, washcloths and bed linens as well as dish soap and dishwasher pods. There was 1 packet of laundry detergent that was didn’t find until the day we checked out.Overall a great deal and place to hang our hats at the end of a busy day. Would stay again.
Property was very clean and beautiful. Location was perfect for trips to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Only notes would be if you plan to eat all your meals at the house like we do he only has 4 forks ( we have a family of 5) and also only provided 2 packs of dishwasher detergent so we needed to go buy some. We also do laundry every day and he only provided 1 pack of detergent ( luckily I plan ahead here and bring my own).
This home was in a perfect location to all area attractions but off the beaten path. Road out front of home was busy but nothing that bothered us. We liked that everything was on one floor as my mother in-law went with us and it was easy for her to get around. Enjoyed the back deck and could even hear the train whistle from Dollywood throughout the day. Home was as described and the kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook and not go out. Only contacted the house manager once concerning early check-in but he was quick to respond and was able to provide early check-in. Would definitely stay again.
We really liked the location, as our main interest in the area was Dollywood. We did find the home to be appointed at a very minimal standard. There were exactly the amount of bath towels for our party which i suppose is fine, but hopefully you dont need an extra for anything. Also ,we didnt have a wash cloth per person. Some of us did without Also no towels for the hot tub..The hot tub was sketchy. The filter was atroc

Overpaid and dirty
When we first walked in, it looked great. But it was incredibly noisy 24/7; which the listing did say it was on a busy road. That night when we were going to bed and we pulled down the covers the sheets were filthy. There was hairs all over it, it was so bad that we slept on the couch and love seat. We did not even look at the other beds. The morning we went to leave the sink was infested with ants. The bedding was even worse when we pulled it off the bed per the checkout requirement; the sheets were even dirtier in the light of day. Do not recommend this place at all

From the owner: "I am very sorry to hear you had issues with your stay. I strive to keep the property clean and adequately maintained. If I had known about the problem, I could have had someone on-site in a few minutes. The cleaning crew and a manager are both just minutes away. Thank you for the review."
The house was the perfect size with 3 bedrooms. I do wish it had either 1 more full or 1/2 bath. Getting ready each day was a slow process with 4 people and 1 bath. Other than this, everything was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. All rooms were good sizes. No issues. There is some noise from the street but we weren’t bothered by it.
Loved the location and the bedrooms were very good size and the house was very clean. We liked staying here and would definitely book this house again.

Nice place
This place was there cleanest I've stayed at. Location is okay, close to main street and traffic, but also close to everything at pigeon forge
We were near pigeon forge main road. Really close to Dollywood and Dixie Stampede. We have a larger dog and the back yard was perfect for her. Interior up to date with modern appliances. Property was clean. Beds were large size. Price was very reasonable. We would definitely stay again. Only negative was one bathroom.
Very clean property just on the outskirts of Pigeon Forge.
The property is just on the outskirts of Pigeon Forge which made it very convenient to go the the attractions and restaurants we wanted and then come back to relax. Upon arrival it was easy to check in. The property owner sends you the code for the keyless entry well in advance. The property is a cute, very clean property that had plenty of room for my family and also allowed me to bring my dog. The backyard is big and gives you plenty of room to explore with your dog. Because it is on the edge of the woods beware of the bugs! I feel like the front yard is a little to close to the road for comfort for your pet though.
The house has a very nice carport that was big enough for my Chevrolet Traverse suv. The carport kept the car cool during the excessive heat of summer.
Overall the property is wonderful for the price!
