Guests at SeaWatch Plantation Villas enjoy access to the amenities of the greater SeaWatch Resort, including multiple indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy river features, fitness facilities, and direct beach access just a short walk or drive away. The resort’s location places you close to golf courses, dining, shopping, and entertainment along the Grand Strand, while still offering a quieter, residential feel within the Plantation Villas section. Whether you’re spending your days on the sand, relaxing poolside, or enjoying evenings together in the villa, this three-bedroom deluxe provides space, comfort, and classic Myrtle Beach vacation living.

Items to note:
- Motorcycles are not allowed on the property May 1 - Aug. 31 annually, and rental golf carts are prohibited year-round. Trailers are allowed on property but need to be parked at the registered building parking lot.
- Grocery/discount stores less than 1 mile from resort; car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
- Property is in the center of "restaurant row" — lots of choices within 1-2 miles.
- During hurricane season (May to end of November), the glass enclosing the indoor pool is taken down. The indoor pools are heated in the Fall and early Winter.
- A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.

For these reasons we always recommend purchasing trip insurance for unforeseen circumstances like these. This resort is part of a timeshare and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation.
