The sunroom offers wraparound windows with views of the snow-covered creek and a fireplace—a nice spot to read or enjoy your morning coffee, though it runs cooler in winter.

While the kayaks and dock take the season off, the fire pit is still very much in play. Bundle up, roast marshmallows, and enjoy the crisp night air. The BBQ grill is also available year-round for those who like to brave the cold for a proper cookout.
