This vacation home awaits you with a relaxed atmosphere dominated by exposed wooden beams, warm colors and cozy furniture. The house is spread over two floors and can accommodate a family or group of friends and a pet.
Enjoy the sun by the private outdoor pool, which can be used all year round. Thanks to the outdoor kitchen and brick barbecue, you can easily prepare delicious meals and enjoy them in the fresh air. The terraces offer great opportunities to enjoy life outside.
The house is the ideal starting point for a vacation with sun, beach and sea. After a short walk (300 m) you can reach the sandy beach, where you can spend beautiful moments with family or friends. The area around Dénia offers about 20 km of coastline and beaches with good opportunities for water sports, so you are guaranteed to find your favorite beach.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.
