We would like to clarify that the building itself is a **beachfront property with direct beach access**. This particular unit is not advertised as having a direct Gulf-front balcony view; however, the Gulf can be seen from the balcony. We do our best to provide accurate photos and descriptions so guests know what to expect when booking. We appreciate you bringing the sofa sleeper to our attention. This is the first report we have received that it was broken, and unfortunately, it was not reported during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have gladly sent maintenance to inspect it and address the issue. We will also have the bed and bedroom television checked. Thank you again for staying with us. We do wish we had been given the opportunity during your stay to replace the toaster, as we would have been happy to take care of that for you promptly. We also want to clarify that the unit is equipped with a convection oven/microwave combo, which does provide oven functionality for guests. As for the cleanliness concern, we take the cleanliness of our accommodations very seriously. Our housekeeping team thoroughly prepares each unit between guests, and the sheets are always changed after each guest. We certainly would have appreciated the opportunity to address any concerns immediately had we been notified during your stay.
