Here you’ll find an exceptionally beautiful home suitable for year-round use, surrounded by forests and located right on the lake (50 m) in a unique natural setting. The property has been completely renovated, modernised, and refurnished to a high standard and features a spacious sauna, a private boat and swimming dock, and a 4.40-meter Linder aluminium boat. Here you can experience nature up close without sacrificing comfort or modern amenities.


The house consists of the main building, approximately 100 square metres in size, featuring a cosy and lovingly furnished living room with a wood-burning stove, an integrated kitchen, a bathroom with shower/toilet (including underfloor heating), and the master bedroom on the ground floor. On the ground floor, there are two additional bedrooms, a separate toilet, and a lounge area. The main house thus offers sleeping accommodation for 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with a ceiling height of 2.5 metres.

Every conceivable amenity—including a new 55-inch Smart TV with a VPN channel for access to German TV and media libraries as well as Netflix, unlimited internet via a mobile router, a fireplace, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, and a dryer—is designed to help you fully enjoy your holiday. The house is tastefully furnished, and the living room and lounge on the ground floor offer a wonderful view of the lake. All beds are as good as new and provide excellent sleeping comfort.


The guest house features an additional double bedroom—plus a cot if needed—on the upper floor, as well as a separate, smaller kitchen where you’ll want to linger and enjoy the view of the lake. There is also a completely newly furnished shower room/bathroom here. The guest house is particularly well-suited if, for example, you value having a separate area with your own privacy.
The very large, newly built, sunny wooden deck also overlooks the lake and offers space for a grill, table, and chairs. Here you can also catch the last rays of sunshine at the end of the day. The terrace also features a spacious sauna house that comfortably accommodates 6 people. From the sauna, you can look directly out onto the lake through the large windows. The sauna is heated by an efficient wood-burning stove, which brings the sauna up to a comfortable temperature in 45 minutes.

Just a few steps away is the lake. Here you’ll also find the Linder aluminium boat with a swim ladder; an electric motor is available (for a fee) so you can enjoy the vast expanse of the interconnected lakes in the area. The lakes are teeming with fish and ideal for fishing. Everything is ready for carefree days in breathtakingly beautiful nature.

The immediate surroundings offer a variety of opportunities for hiking, mushroom and berry picking, and are also ideal for bike rides. The nearest supermarkets (ICA) are located in Vittsjö (5 km) and Bjärum (8 km) and offer a wide selection of goods. Both are open 7 days a week.

For golf enthusiasts, the Vittsjö Golf Course is highly recommended for its 18-hole course set in beautiful natural surroundings, as well as the club’s excellent restaurant.

For excursions to the wider area, consider, for example, the Moose Park in Markaryd (30 min) or a trip to the coast near Ängelholm, the Bjäre Peninsula, or the Kulla Peninsula (approx. 1 hr), which feature stunning beaches.

Please note:

During the colder months (heating season), i.e., approximately September through April, electricity is billed on-site based on actual consumption at current KWH rates!

We expect guests to bring their own bed linens and towels, but we can also provide these upon request. We charge €20 per person for bed linens and €10 per person for towels.

Good to know: We’re happy to provide firewood for the wood-burning stove and the sauna.
