You can leave the trash outside the back door, we will take it out for you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

the property was clean and had plenty of space for two adults and a toddler. Easy access to the main streets of Belleville, and on a nice day it is a reasonable walk to the White Cottage ice ream shop. There is only on street parking but the neighborhood seemed safe.

Host was great with answering any question we had and the place was clean. Steps at the entrance were hard for someone that has physical issues.

I didn’t want to leave a review but my app wouldn’t clear the notification til I did. We ended up not staying as there was a mixup in when the previous guests were leaving and when we arrived. The place hadn’t been serviced after the previous guests. We had been traveling all day and in some torrential rains that day and we just needed a place to stay. It was not clean when we arrived and would be another couple of hours before that would have been accomplished. As I mentioned we had been traveling all day and just needed a place to rest before seeing our grandkids. I cannot speak to how this place is normally as nothing happened normal. I hope you pay attention to the majority of others that has stayed here.

House was clean, but had a smokey smell upon entering. AC was having issues as well so was pretty warm inside. Host did communicate really well before, during, and after stay. If you need a cost saving place to stay it is great. Neighborhood was quite and easy to get to the places we wanted to visit while in town.
