New carpet, flooring and upholstery. Winter is just aroundthe corner, we are usually completely booked so don't delay.

Enjoy all the wonderful activities that Seven Springs has to offer in our fabulous slopeside condo. Do as much or as little as you wish in this clean well appointed home away from home. Our condo is located in the Villages subdivision and sits near the top of the Avalanche chair lift for a true ski-in, ski-out experience.
Enjoy free high speed wireless while you relax after a hard day on the slopes, or a day at the pool.
*The community hot tub and pool are outdoors and located in the Sunridge development about a 5 min walk from our condo. Both are open Memorial Day through Labor Day.*

The kitchen is fully equipped to handle all your cooking needs including a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Please bring your own pods.
Brand new high end mattress enhances your comfort.
Freshly painted - very clean
Enjoy covered parking and a heated ski locker all just a few steps from the unit. There is also a free shuttle bus stop very near the condo in case you want to visit the lodge, but don't want the hassle of driving. The free shuttle will take you right down to the lodge.
Linens are provided along with extra blankets and pillows.
A very nice queen size air mattress is provided that kids seem to absolutely love.
The pool and hot tub are outdoors and located in the Sunridge development about a 5 min walk from our condo. Both are open Memorial Day - Labor Day.
Don't delay because 7 springs is already having a good year and the rooms tend to fill up quickly.

Our condo is centrally located and is near Laurel Hill State Park which has a beautiful renovated beach by the lake and many great nature trails & fishing. It also is close to Fallingwater, Ohiopyle State Park.

Excellent Condo and good host!

The stay here was a very nice getaway. There was a little hiccup with the check-in, but the host resolved the issue very quickly for us and gave a refund for a very minor inconvenience. I also enjoyed talking with the host as he got things squared away for us. I would recommend the property for a little getaway in the mountains!

Mark was great to work with, had easy, quick communication, and provided all information in a clear, concise manner. The location was perfect for what we needed. The condo was fully stocked with essentials. TV and internet services were good. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great place for small family

We have 2 teen/pre-teen sons and stayed here for a long ski weekend. Even though there is only one bedroom, the house was plenty big for the 4 of us with an air mattress set up in the living room. The house had everything that we needed and were able to eat breakfast, lunch, and 1 dinner at the house which saved a lot of money on food costs. House was very clean and organized. Owner was very accommodating, nice and easy to deal with. You can see the Avalanche chair lift out the window, so was a great location. The resort has a free bus system that takes you down to the main lodge, so no need to drive after you arrive. Highly recommend.

Cozy and Accommodating

Me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay here very much, it was as comfortable as it was accommodating to the mountain and lodge activities. I would recommend this to any couple that wants to get away to ski or just to enjoy the mountain. Mark was a great host and was quick to respond to any question I had and was able to help me navigate everything. We had a great time and will sure to return.

Cozy condo in a peaceful setting

When we made our final payment (2 weeks before our check in date) we were told that our host would send detailed information regarding directions to the condo and the check in process 3 days before our stay. That information arrived via email on the day promised. The directions were easy to follow, and we were able to check in without difficulty. Everything was in working order, and exactly as shown and described in the listing. On the few occasions that we had a question, the host was always prompt to answer our texts--usually within a few minutes. Both my wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay. When it was time to leave, checkout was also a smooth process. This condo will be on our short list should we have occasion to stay in this area in the future.

Perfect weekend stay

The condo is really cute and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, large dining table, good size living room that opens to a small lanai. The ski locker is super close to the condo as well as the stairs that take you out back directly to the slopes. The resort has condos that run all day and late into the night, perfect if you want to enjoy some of the many bars and restaurants. We were super impressed with the condo and the resort over all. We’ve never stayed at a ski-in ski-out condo before, we felt so spoiled! There is tons to enjoy here, I’m sure it’s great in the warmer weather too. I would highly recommend this property.
