Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests, the home features a thoughtful layout with 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 1 Full bed, and 1 Twin bed, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind after a day of exploring the Dallas area.

After a busy day, soak in the private heated jacuzzi, challenge your group to a game of pool, air hockey, or classic arcade games, or gather in the spacious living room for movie night. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals effortless, and the private fenced backyard is perfect for grilling, relaxing, or letting your pets enjoy the outdoors.

Located in the heart of West Plano, you'll be just minutes from premier shopping, dining, parks, and entertainment while enjoying the peace of a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood.

A prime location just minutes from Dallas, Legacy West, Shops at Willow Bend & nearby parks, this home is perfect for families or groups looking for comfort, fun, and convenience.

Home Features:

Large Pool & Jacuzzi Heating
• The jacuzzi is heated and available year-round
• The swimming pool is not heated during winter months (November–February)
• Pool heating (when available) is optional and requires advance notice

Heating fees (to cover gas costs):
• Pool heating: $100/night
• Jacuzzi heating: $60/night
Heating fees are not included in the nightly rate and will be arranged separately upon request.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all remotes for the TV on the nightstand in each bedroom or the coffee table for the TV in the living room. When departing, please ensure that the front door is closed and locked.
Please turn the AC control to 76 degrees upon leaving in the Summer and 64 degrees in the Winter. If you brought pets, kindly clean up after them in our backyard or in our front yard.
Kindly remove all trash bags (bedrooms and bathrooms and kitchen) and put them in the large trash can outside the garage. Any trash left in the garage will incur a $250 trash removal fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette party stays ($1,000 penalty) - No additional pets unless pre-approved
- No smoking of any kind ($3,000 penalty) - No moving/rearranging furniture ($300 penalty) - No preparation of food with strong odor. ( $450 penalty)
-The pool is unsupervised and there is no life saving ring on the property. Guests assumed all risks and liability when using the pool and jacuzzi
