Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und der Strand ist fußläufig in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Von der Ausstattung her ist alles da was man braucht. Allerdings ist alles recht alt und zum Teil doch mal Renovierungsbesürftig.
