Die Wohnung war alt wie sie beschrieben war,aber schön sauber und in einer ruhigen Umgebung gelegen. Technische Mängel wie eine schlecht funktionierende Spülmaschine und eine Klospülung, die pro Füllung ca. eine Viertelstunde brauchte wurden gemeldet aber nicht behoben, schade eigentlich.

Die Wohnung ist eigentlich ganz gemütlich. Die Bilder spiegeln den älteren Zustand wieder. Positiv zu erwähnen war die Sauberkeit und die ruhige Lage der Wohnung. Was leider überhaupt nicht funktioniert hat, war die Beseitigung der gemeldeten Mängel: die Klospülung braucht 20 Minuten um den Spülkasten zu füllen, die Spülmaschine spült nicht sauber. Der versprochene Anruf, zur Vereinbarung eines Termins um die Mängel zu beseitigen ist nicht erfolgt.Stattdessen erschien ein gestresster Mann aus Kiel spontan gegen 21 Uhr am letzten Dienstag. Unsere achtjährige Tochter ging zu dieser Uhrzeit gerade ins Bett. Er meinte das Problem mit der Spülmaschine sei bekannt und die Teile seien bestellt,die langsame Klospülung hat er begutachtet und auch gemeint da müsste etwas gemacht werden, wie lange wir denn noch da sein würden? Behoben wurden die Mängel bis heute nicht. Das hat uns enttäuscht und wir hätten nichts gegen eine finanzielle Wiedergutmachung einzuwenden. Wir haben schließlich für eine ältere aber technisch einwandfreie Wohnung bezahlt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben uns auch wohlgefühlt. Ein negativer Punkt war, der teure Preis für das Wäschepaket und dann waren die Betten noch nicht einmal bezogen. Das sind wir von anderen Unterkünften nicht gewohnt.
