$150 non-refundable pet fee per dog, per stay. Two dog max. Cannot exceed 50 lbs per dog. Dogs only.

The house itself is in a great location. It is in a quiet neighborhood and takes only few minutes to walk to the beach. The hosts were pretty responsive. I'm not sure if we were just unlucky but it felt like one thing after another went wrong. The pool was really dirty but we cleaned it up. It only felt heated one of the days which happened to be the coldest day. The outside storage that had all the chairs, wagon, and beach toys was full of fire ants (it did just rain, but it was unfortunate as we left all our beach stuff at home so we had to purchase new stuff). The hot tub only got to 84 once for a few minutes even on the two hotter days. The AC in the house cooled the bottom of the main house well but the upstairs was really muggy. The AC in the studio did not work from day one which was Sunday. Someone came out Tuesday evening, but he knocked once and just came in the main house. He was there for a little while and we saw him box everything up and leave. There was no communication as to what was going on. He did not come back until 8:30 the next night, Wednesday.He said that he was told nobody was there so he could just do it. We told him to come back the next day after we left. We were worried that he would just come back so we stayed up most of the night. No notice of pool guy.I just saw a man in the backyard Thursday morning.The oven on makes the smoke detector go off.The cleaner said the stains in it can't come off. Some chairs outside were broken.
