Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr schön und freundlich eingerichtet. Alles was man gebrauchte war vorhanden. Nur die Treppen zur und in der Wohnung waren etwas beschwerlich. Vor allen Dingen das GepÀck nach oben zu befördern.

Das Appartment ist typisch fĂŒr Sylt. Entweder ist es im Erdgeschoss mit Tiefgeschoss halb unter der Erde, oder 1. Stock mit einem Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit viel SchrĂ€ge wie in diesem Fall. Die "Treppe" zum Dachgeschoss Ă€hnelt einer HĂŒnerleiter. Schweres GepĂ€ck nach oben zu bringen ist nicht möglich, mann sollte es in Teilen vornehmen. Das ist aber auch schon alles an Kritik. Lage, Ausstattung und Ambiente sind sehr schön.

Die Wohnung liegt optimal um Wanderungen, Radtouren, StrandlĂ€ufe etc. zu unternehmen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr großzĂŒgig, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bei der Buchung hatte ich ĂŒbersehen, dass es sich hier um eine Raucherwohnung handelt. Doch meine diesbezĂŒgliche Sorge vor Nikotingeruch hat sich nicht bestĂ€tigt. Wir haben keinen störenden Geruch festgestellt.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, Geschirr, etc. ist genug vorhanden. Die Lage ist super, Strand, GeschĂ€fte und Lokale sind gut zu erreichen. Das Bad ist relativ neu, allerdings sind das Mobiliar im Wohnzimmer, speziell der Sessel, in die Jahre gekommen. Das Doppelbett musste erstmal zu einem solchen umgebaut werden - dadurch hat man entstand eine Kante in der Mitte. Wir haben ein kleines Kind, welches schonmal in der Nacht zu Besuch kommt, daher die Anmerkung. Wir haben auch "unterschĂ€tzt", was der Hinweis "Raucherwohnung" bedeutet. Jedenfalls hat uns der Geruch schon sehr gestört, aber hier liegt der Fehler natĂŒrlich bei uns. Wir waren schon hĂ€ufig auf Sylt, hatten aber noch nie ein Domizil in Wenningstedt. Daher haben wir auch erstmalig mit dem Vermieter zu tun gehabt. Die Abwicklung war einwandfrei, da gibt es nicht zu beanstanden. HandtĂŒcher waren genĂŒgend vorhanden und die Wohnung war sauber.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet und die Lage ist super. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand und im Zentrum. Von hier aus kann man viel mit dem Fahrrad oder per Fuss unternehmen, da die Wohnung in der Mitte von Sylt liegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können diese nur weiterempfehlen.

Meine Frau und ich haben im Juni 2021 eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung zugebracht. Wir waren angenehm ĂŒberrascht ĂŒber die vollstĂ€ndige und durchdachte Ausstattung der Wohnung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehht. Die Wohnung war sauber, liegt ruhig und man hat nur wenige Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.
