Eine perfekte Wohnung!
Die Lage, die Ruhe, die Ausstattung- aĺles, das führt zum Urteil zur perfekten Ferienwohnung.
Einzig muss man wissen, dass die Schlafzimmer im Keller sind, man zwar Lichtschächte vor sich hat, wodurch Tageslicht ankommt, man aber keine Aussicht hat.
Uns hat das gar nicht gestört. Es ist dadurch noch ruhiger und kühler.
Der Garten und die Terrasse sind ein Traum. Wir haben viel im Strandkorb gesessen.
Zum Edeka, zum.Bäcker, zu Fisch Blum sind es 250m -also zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad leicht zu erreichen und die 200m zum Strand sind perfekt, um schnell nochmal zum Sonnenuntergang dorthin zu gehen.

Als "Wiederholungstäter" im Risgap in den App. 1 & 4 eine ganz klare Empfehlung für dieses Haus! Lage, Ausstattung, Einrichtung, Sauberkeit hin bis zum eigenen Stellplatz sind einfach traumhaft! Weiterhin waren erste Gebrauchsartikel für den Haushalt großzügig vorhanden. Die Terrasse mit Strandkorb und angrenzendem Rasengrundstück setzen das Plus hinter die Eins! Daher mein Gesamturteil: 1+
