This charming, light-filled thatched country house section offers many delightful amenities across 3 floors.

On the ground floor, you’ll find:

Living/kitchen/dining room: A fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences and a cosy dining area. The seating area by the open fireplace is furnished with high-quality upholstered furniture and a TV. This area also provides access to the terrace with a beach chair, as well as to the expansive heathland garden surrounding the house.

Bathroom 1: Shower room with toilet.

A staircase leads to the ground floor:

Bedroom 1: Double bed, closet, and window.

Bedroom 2: Single bed, window.

Bathroom 2: Shower room with toilet and window.

On the second floor:

Bedroom 3: Two single beds, window.

Location: The beautiful sandy beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Good shopping and restaurants are just a short bike ride away. The wonderful bike paths to List and Hörnum are in the immediate vicinity.

Tolles Haus in super Lage. Etwas ab vom Trubel aber nur 5 Min. mit dem Rad zur Promenade. Strand direkt vor der Tür und Meerblick aus dem Schlafzimmer. Haus liegt im hinteren Teil des Grundstücks. Die Kinder können sich frei bewegen ohne Autos. Für uns war es perfekt! Das Team von Sylt-ER hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert, die Vorab-Infos und die App haben es uns sehr einfach gemacht anzukommen. So sollte es immer sein!
