Designed for comfort and easy beach living, this home features breezy indoor-outdoor spaces with fire pit and hammock, spacious patios, smart TVs, and thoughtful extras like beach wagons and gear. With separate upstairs and downstairs living areas for added privacy, it’s ideal for families or small groups looking to unwind near the ocean. Traveling with a boat or RV? No problem, there is plenty of parking for recreational vehicles as well as cars AND there is a public boat launch in walking distance to the house. Additionally, Genung's Fish Camp is down the block and offers a bait and tackle shop, fishing rod rentals, kayak & SUP rentals and event hosting. At that same location you can rent boats OR dock your own boat for only $20/day or $60/week. Ask us for more details!

Two separate living quarters for privacy...upstairs is a 2 bedroom 2 bath and downstairs is it's own apartment with 2 queen sized beds, mini fridge, bathroom, AC and internet. The BEST FEATURE about this property though, is the amazing driveway that has enough room for multiple cars, RVs, Boats and motorcycles. PLUS there is a public boat ramp in walking distance and just 2 blocks away is Genung's Fish Camp that offers a bait and tackle shop, fishing rod rentals, kayak & SUP rentals and event hosting.
