Peaceful 4-bedroom house with AC in sunny Boca Raton

We are disappointed to read this review, as it does not accurately reflect the condition of our property or the level of service we provided during this stay. Our listing accurately describes the home and its amenities, and the photos shown on the platform represent the property as it is. Many of the items mentioned in this review, including the coffee maker, garage opener, and other features, were never advertised as amenities. When concerns were raised, we responded promptly and made every effort to address them. The property was inspected after the guest’s departure, and all major systems, including the appliances and home infrastructure, were found to be functioning properly. A roofing professional also inspected the property and did not identify any active issues that would have impacted the guest’s stay as described. We take guest satisfaction seriously and work hard to provide a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented home. While we respect every guest’s right to share their experience, we do not agree with many of the statements made in this review and believe they do not fairly represent the property or the assistance provided throughout the reservation.
