We created a warm, natural space for those away from home but wanting to truly feel at home. This house is fully equipped for long-term stays, offering comfort, functionality, and everything needed for everyday living.

Located in Barrie, you’re minutes from Kempenfelt Bay, waterfront trails, beaches, shopping, restaurants, and easy Highway 400 access.

Ideal for professionals, families, and extended stays.

3 bedroom fully stacked townhouse available for long stays.

Provided consumables to be provided only once a month.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash to be collected and thrown away. Bins are located beside 85 Goodwin Drive which will be on your right side when you face your house.
Please return one key to lockbox and close the door. Extra keys to left on the table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
