O imóvel se localiza em frente à praia de Iracema. Localização maravilhosa. O prédio tem ótima infraestrutura inclusive um mercadinho para compras iniciais. O apartamento está precisando de uma reforma, alguns pontos de mofo e rachaduras. Tivemos problemas com a tv que não funcionava e o chuveiro que não esquentava mas a anfitriã foi bastante solicita em resolver estes problemas. Não tinha utensílios básicos de cozinha como coador de café, peneira, cuscuzeira entre outros. No mais tudo correu bem.

Infelizmente não deu pra resolver o problema da TV pois sua família estava com receio de entrada de estranhos no apto devido a covd não autorizou a visita técnica para o reparo da TV mas a cliente foi muito compreensiva .

Nosso período em Fortaleza (sete dias) , foi-se muito rápido. O tempo voou! Nossa estadia foi legal, a localização do imóvel é excelente, a recepção foi boa, pena que a praia em frente não é boa para banho, mas as em volta, compensam muito.
