This beautiful vacation home is the ideal starting point for a vacation with long walks, experiences in the Wadden Sea and relaxing hours with your loved ones. The small but charming vacation home is ideal for a small family or a couple who want to spend a few quiet days together in beautiful surroundings.

The heart of the apartment is the beautiful living room with lots of natural light, dining area and open kitchen. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom at your disposal.

On the open terrace with garden furniture you can spend the day with a good book or end the evening with a dinner from the grill.

Friedrichskoog on the North Sea offers beautiful nature experiences. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site Wadden Sea, watch how the tide changes, relax at the wellness or visit the seal station.

***As part of the necessary dike reinforcement, the dike in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will receive a new profile from April 2024 until probably the end of 2025 to withstand the demands of climate change. The bathing beach in Friedrichskoog-Spitze is NOT usable during the entire construction period.

The spa park will also be redesigned starting in the fall of 2023 and additional offerings will be added. These include, for example, a widened dike crest path, spacious terraces including a panorama box, and a dike and park grandstand with seating steps for lingering. From spring 2024, the completed event and play area of the spa park is expected to offer a varied alternative to the bathing beach.

Friedrichskoog will become even more attractive for you - unfortunately, this will not be possible without noise, dirt and path restrictions. We ask for your understanding!

Nie wieder über Novasol buchen.

Vorab, die Lage der Wohnung ist gut! An den tollen Strand und zum Deichbär (leckeres Essen) 7-8 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Sofa völlig durchgelegen und die Wohnung schmutzig. Wir haben uns deshalb sofort schriftlich bei Novasol gemeldet. Bekamen die Info, dass es an die Abteilung (welche auch immer diese sein soll) weitergeleitet wird. Und dann Schweigen den kompletten Aufenthalt. Die 95 Euro Endreinigung mussten wir somit nicht bezahlen. Eine saubere Wohnung wäre uns lieber gewesen! Anbei unsere Nachricht über FeWo an Novasol: Hallo, wir sind heute in unserer Ferienwohnung angekommen und mussten leider feststellen, dass die Wohnung nicht sauber ist. Ich habe alles notwendige selber gereinigt. Zur Übersicht habe ich ihnen in der Mail teils Bilder mit angehängt. Unter anderem erwarteten uns folgende Überraschungen: - Auf der Terrasse steht ein großer Wäschekorb mit Altglas. - Hinter dem Müll in der Küche liegt noch das Altpapier (Eisverpackung) der Vorgänger. - Die Küchenschränke sind teils völlig verschmutzt. - Das Gemüsefach musste gereinigt werden. - Das Geschirr, die Gläser, und vor allem das Besteck mussten komplett gewaschen werden. - In den Ecken ist überall nicht sauber gekehrt/gesaugt. - In der Sofaecke befindet sich noch der verschrumpelte Luftballon eines Vormieters. - Die Matratzenschoner sind UNGEWASCHEN und GELB vor Schmutz. - Die Kissen im Bett haben teils Flecken. - Im Putzschrank befinden sich jede Menge vergessene Bekleidung der Vormieter. - Im Bad ist das Waschbecken völlig verkalkt. - Der Wasserkocher ist schmutzig und verkalkt. - Die Decken auf dem Sofa sind schmutzig und auch die Kissen gehören dringend gewaschen. Vorsorglich habe ich glücklicherweise selbst Bettdecken und Kissen mitgenommen. Außerdem ist das angegebene WLAN teils nicht existent. Ein Arbeiten ist nicht möglich. Eine Endreinigung von 95 Euro sind wir so nicht bereit zu bezahlen. Ich bitte um eine schnelle Rückmeldung.

Abgenutzte Möbel

Die Wohnung an sich entspricht dem Inserat. Die Möbel sind aber abgewohnt, das Ehebett knarrt, sodass man bei jedem Drehen Angst hat, dass es zusammenbricht. Die Stühle am Esstisch gehen aus dem Leim und die Beine sind nicht mehr fest. Das Sofa haben wir erstmal mit einer ganzen Flasche Textilerfrischer besprühen müssen. Die Duschkabine ist zum Teil angeschimmelt und der Stopfen des Waschbeckens wurde schon länger nicht richtig gereinigt. Friedrichskoog Spitze ist ein reiner Urlaubs/Kurort. Der Stand ist eine Wiese, dann kommen Felsen und dann direkt das Watt. Also Sand zum Buddeln nur auf dem Spielplatz.
