Auf den ersten Blick, nette kleine Wohnung. Leider ist bezügluch Sauberkeit noch sehr viel Luft nach oben. Gleich beim Eintreten durch die Haustür kam uns ein übler Mief entgegen. Neben der Haustür Spinnhecken und viele tote Fliegen. Auf der Arbeitplatte der Küche Krümel vom Vormieter und im Kaffeefilter alter Kaffeesatz. Im Bad Haare und Staub. Das Geschirr war auch nicht sauber, gleich in der ersten Schüssel Essensreste. Also alles eher enttäuschend. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, hier war der Vermieter zwar sehr bemüht, allerdings hat es bis zuletzt nicht richtig funktioniert. Die Couch sah zwar nett aus, war aber ziemlich durchgelegen und daher auch sehr unbequem. Fazit: Nicht zu empfehlen

Es tut mir Leid, dass Sie in meinem Apartment eine so grundlegend andere Erfahrung gemacht haben.
