It was nice having a place to stay right next door to the Chateau Fairmont where the dance competition was being held.

The place was no bad needs a bit of updating. 2 beds upstairs in the loft would be much better then just one bed cuz not everyone is a couple and shares a bed

Nice, but incredibly hot
Stayed at this home on hot summer days- it was unbearably hot. There is no balcony, only parts of the windows open and the alcove was unusable because all the heat stalled under the very tall ceiling.
It was incredibly deceiving as there was no mention that the side of the building I was staying in didn’t have air conditioning. The heat was unbearable, and since I had my baby with me, it made the situation even worse. My baby had a restless night, and I had no choice but to check out a day earlier than planned. It’s really disappointing that such an important detail wasn’t shared upfront. I feel misled, and I definitely didn’t expect to face this kind of issue during my stay.
Very dated and tired. Excellent location and facilities.
The furnishings are extremely old, with excessive wear and tear in places, and there is definitely an odor in the unit. The blinds covering the second-floor windows have about 1/4 inch thick dust on them as well as the ceiling fan. We could not get the fireplace to work. Several spots on the ceiling had discoloration/dirt.
The bedding was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
This is an excellent location and the pool/hot tub facilities, front desk staff, parking, and ski storage were great as they have been in prior years.

Great location and spacious
Great location, spacious, just a few minutes walk to Blackcomb base and 10 minute walk Whistler village. Be prepared for a bit of noise, unit faces the pool/hot-tub, which gets busy at night. There's a full kitchen but disappointed that there were no basic kitchen supplies like salt, pepper, tea, coffee, etc.
We had a nice stay here. Great location - enjoyed the easy walk to the gondola, the multiple hot tubs, underground heated parking ($20/night), and free ski valet. Lots of light through windows overlooking the pool and hot tubs. The pictures are accurate and you can see the place could use some updates, but was comfortable and fairly clean (gave 3 stars for cleanliness in large part due to condition of certain things). Two things to be aware of that hopefully management will soon address - (1) the fireplace is slightly falling apart but did give off great heat once we got the knob unjammed and figured out the "technique" for lighting it, and (2) the kitchen could REALLY use some new additions - maybe baking sheets, a few pans/skillets (with lids!), more silverware and serving utensils? There were only two of us and we had to wash bowls and silverware daily so we didn't run out. There were 3 lidded pots but only one small skillet (so had to make bacon and eggs separately in small batches and grilled cheese sandwiches one at a time :( and there was no lid or anything large enough to cover it). There is a staffed front desk but the management company is not onsite. They provided email instructions that were accurate and easy to follow but otherwise we didn't have any interaction with them that I can speak to. I do think that with these few inexpensive upgrades to the kitchen and fireplace we would definitely stay here again if the price was right!

Amazing place!!
Nice staff at front desk, everything was inside the guest unit, so glad to choose vacasa for our holiday stay. I would love to give 5+ star but it was extremely hot and their fan didn't help much so probably AC is recommended in this unit for summer guest. Overall, everything was beyond amazing than expected. Good price 👍

Great location! Poor customer service
Great location, but the customer service is the worst! If you want to go during hot days, this place doesn’t have air conditioner and I is very warm!!!
