Overall it pretty nice apartment. Lots of space, comfortable beds, heated floors. But: fireplace didn't work, some lights were not working, couple of 12 volt lamps in a kitchen fell off and were hanging on their wires, bathroom fan in 315 didn't work and high ceiling fan looks like never been cleaned up :(. Also the entrance doors don't have any sound insulation, when people are walking/talking in the hallway, it sounds like they are in side the room.

We stayed for 2 nights during the labor day weekend and had good time. It was clean, extra towels were available in the bathroom so didn't have to interact with anyone for any ask. Kitchen was functional and while the sofa bed wasn't most comfortable, it allowed kids their own bed. Swim pool in the property was bonus for everyone to relax in the evening!

One of the toilets did not flush at all and the bathroom fan could not be turned off. Other than those two things the stay was great. Good location and lots of space for four people.

We were very disappointed in this property. It was NOT clean. Broken blinds, patio screen door fell off, sofa filthy and covered in what appears to be some sort of bodily fluids. Ensuite toilet would not flush from day one. We tried to plunge it a few times, without success. Therefore we had one working bathroom. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance which we weren’t informed about beforehand. The fridge had no light , toaster didn’t work. The positives…bed sheets were clean and crisp and the towels and facecloths were ample and nice. The building is in close proximity to blackcomb which was handy. We travel often and have never left a poor review. Would not stay there again.

Great location for skiing at Whistler Blackcomb.

Very good location - easy, short ski or walk to the base of Blackcomb gondola and the Blackcomb village. Only a 10 minute walk to the Whistler village. Well equipped but slightly rustic accommodations. Nice outdoor hot tub and heated pool and also an indoor hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

Roomy unit in a nice location

Nice size for 2 adults plus 2 kids in easy walking distance to Whistler upper village and Blackcomb base area. Free parking was a plus as was the EV charging in the parking garage. The decorations were nice and the furniture comfortable and in decent condition.

Clean, with everything you need, and also pool, hot tub and BBQs downstairs. When we arrived one of the toilets was plugged but the Vacasa team was very responsive and had it fixed within a couple of hours despite it being a Saturday evening.

This place was a ski in-out on the blackcomb side. The only issue is some lights in the kitchen didn’t work. Also, kitchen supplies is limited. Otherwise no complaints.
Response from VrboOwner on 19 Feb 2023
Hi Aaron, thank you for your review, we're glad to hear that the location of the home served you well. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced regarding the burn-out kitchen lights. We are disappointed to see that this issue was not brought to our attention during your stay as we worked to fix the issues to which you had alerted us. Moving forward, we passed your feedback along to our local staff in order to check the kitchen lights if bulb replacement is necessary. While the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, food and other pantry items like coffee and tea are not typically stocked in the home. We encourage guests to plan ahead if they anticipate needing additional items during their stay. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future.

Nice stay

Good sized unit in a location perfect for skiing. Furniture is clearly from the 80s, the tvs are super small, and it’s lacking any decor or personal touches. The table only has four chairs even though the unit sleeps six. Some small issues: fridge light was out, the bathroom fan would not turn off, the sofa had a popped spring, and one of the blinds didn’t work. None of these issues were worth calling about. I asked for laundry detergent and some was dropped off. The property manager clearly did not know the property very well as they didn’t know the answers to my pre-trip questions. Laundry is 3 to wash and 3 to dry. You need to download an app to pay. It was not busy. I would say the size, location (if you are skiing) and building amenities make up for the shortcomings in the unit.

Amazing suite, but please read if you are considering this unit as well.

The unit was overall amazing, but a few notes for the caretaker and any future guests: - The 2 rooms combined (314 and 315) includes 2 parking spaces and 1 locker for skis - There is actually an indoor tub, outdoor tub, and heated pool. They were all great! - There is no gym at Greystone Lodge, as far as I can see (it is not "closed" as per the unit description) - One of the rooms is missing a remote (LG?) for the TV -Some of the kitchen lights need to be replaced, easy fix though. - As mentioned in previous reviews, the sofa bed is not supportive at all and probably should be replaced. - The blanket for the sofa bed is very thin (towel thin). Probably best to bring your own sleeping bag or blanket if you plan to use it
Response from VrboOwner on 18 May 2022
We're so glad you stayed with us, Randy. The property manager is taking care of the remote, kitchen lights, and blankets. Thank you!

Hi Matt, we are so glad that our home's location worked well for your visit. We love heated floors too. We will review the fireplace and heating to the loft. Our guest service agents are available 24 hours a day and if any issues arise we encourage guests to let us know so that we can assist. We are working with the owner to address the ceiling fan. In the meantime, we have several floor fans available for guest use. We hope that you'll come to visit again very soon.

Great location and fairly quiet

Enjoyed our two-day stay at this condo as it was a great location and fairly quiet. The kitchen is not well stocked so need to bring your own tin foil, Saran Wrap, etc, also no broiler pan or steak knives. It does come with a kettle, coffee maker and microwave . The king size bed needs a new mattress. Was very easy to park and it's a five-minute drive from Whistler Village.
Response from VrboOwner on 20 May 2022
Hi, Wendy! Thank you for staying with us. We will have the mattress checked and follow up as needed with the owner. We do not supply tin foil, saran wrap, or steak knives at this time; however, we will do inventory to see what items may need to be replaced. We appreciate your valuable feedback and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience
