Wonderfully located with ski-in/out access to Blackcomb Mountain, this condo at The Aspens provides all the comfort, convenience, and alpine ambiance you could want for your next trip to Whistler! Upon entry, you'll discover an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area, with a gas fireplace to warm you at the end of the day and a private balcony where you can breathe in the fresh mountain air. The kitchen boasts all the essential appliances the chef of the group needs to whip up tasty, home-cooked meals for everyone. With the full-size fridge, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, and a drip coffee machine, cooking will be a breeze. The living room is as inviting as it looks with a gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, and a TV with cable. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo, providing privacy for you and your loved ones. Additionally, each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Don't forget about the wonderful shared amenities on the grounds! These include two hot tubs, a heated outdoor pool, ski and bike storage, laundry facilities, and a fitness room. Sitting mere minutes from Blackcomb Gondola, this condo will be a skier's paradise with easy access to the wonderful trails of Whistler & Blackcomb Mountains! For a bit of fun away from the mountain, head over to the Upper Village area and grab a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants, window shop in various boutiques, or stop into a pub for an evening drink with loved ones. Don't worry about driving in the snow, as you will have access to the complimentary city bus #5 that will bring you right to the base of each mountain, and back again. Come summer, golf to your heart's content at one of the stunning courses nearby, or hike days away on mountain trails.
Important Notice:
Please note there will be ongoing construction this Summer around the front entrance loop of the Aspens property, projects include: waterproofing and sewer line repairs, deck work & exterior painting. Noise and smells associated with the projects are to be expected and will affect the surrounding units. Window Cleaning of the exterior windows will be taking place around mid-July for one week.
Rental prices have been revised to reflect these projects.

Great location

Easy access to the slopes. This condo is in need of updates but it was reasonably priced. So it balanced out. Parking is extra. Great for a ski getaway. Multiple hot tubs were available.

Perfectly fine

Nice place. A bit small but it served us well. Unfortunately the tub was slow to drain when showering and even with the thermostats off we had to open windows to get it to cool down.

Beautiful locale, decent stay

Location in Whistler Upper Village is great and we enjoyed everything that Whistler had to offer. The apartment itself was OK, not terrible, not amazing. Cleanliness was OK but some missed spots, visible hair in sink, etc. The apartment is reasonably well-equipped. Beds are comfortable. The furniture and carpeting need updating, particularly the carpeting which had some ugly stains. The head rail for the blinds in the living room had previously fallen off and was jury-rigged to stay on with velcro, and managed to fall off during the middle of our stay. There are sets of windows -- both in the bedroom and the living room-- that in the summer are locked in an open position and cannot be closed due to the screens being un-removable. This would have been fine-- except for some very noisy guests in the pool courtyard during after hours, which required multiple phone calls to the front desk to have them enforce their rules and remove the guests. I complained about this to Vacasa but was told that the windows are supposed to stay open for ventilation.
