Get ready for exploring the wonders of Tennessee while staying in this peaceful home located right at the confluence of the Wolf River and Dale Hollow Lake. Beautiful panoramic mountain and seasonal river views abound and there is plenty of boat parking for all your toys. This true Appalachian escape is only minutes from Dale Hollow Lake and Lake Cumberland. Completely remodeled in 2026 with two private bedrooms and a pull out queen sofa. We truly live the Dale Hollow and Wolf River lifestyle and freely offer our collection of lake toys to you! 5 kayaks, 2 inflatable stand up paddle boards, 4 bikes, river tubes, fishing poles and PFDs are all included!!!
The property is conveniently located under five minutes to downtown Byrdstown for local dining and shopping and within walking distance to a public yet little known boat ramp and river access on the Wolf River/ Dale Hollow Lake.
This home is perfect for fishermen wanting FREE, quick and easy lake and river access and for families wanting a lake getaway. Extension cords and hose provided for boat electronics. During the summer months bass boats, wave runners, small pontoons and run abouts will have no problem launching at the ramp just 1 minute away at the bottom of the hill. This is not a good ramp for wake boats unfortunately. During low pool for the lake you can hike the riverbed on hundreds of acres of Corps of Engineer land that is free public use for fishing, boating, hunting and hiking.

You can hike the property and ride bikes or walk to the river access on the low traffic road just a few minutes to The River Grill for excellent dine in and carry out options and Legends Bait and Tackle and Campground to stock up on live bait and gem mining and ice cream for the kids! One minute drive to the river and Hwy 111!
