Peaceful retreat located in the heart of Hanover and just a short 5-min walk to Dartmouth College. It's the ideal location for a perfect getaway with close proximity to all the fun activities in the Upper Valley, as well as the Dartmouth graduation event to celebrate this special moment and reconnect with the people and things that matter most.

The house was newly renovated; it has large bright windows with an impressive view of the neighborhood, a spacious deck perfect for relaxing and drinking a cup of coffee or tea or a glass of wine, a brand-new kitchen, and 5 comfortable bedrooms.

It is nicely built up on a hill with a great view of the neighborhood. It has a paved driveway that wraps around the house with plenty of parking spaces.

Upon entry you will find a stairway that brings you to the main living area, which features an open floor plan, a kitchen, and doors, one of which leads to the large deck and another to the balcony.

On the deck you will find a BBQ grill and a hot tub. The deck has a sofa, lounger, and chairs.

One of few in-town homes where its prime location allows for easy access to all you need, while you enjoy a spacious, quiet, and peaceful outdoor area to rest and relax.

5 bedrooms, each with a closet and portable Dyson cooling fan for your comfort on warm summer days.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 have double beds; bedroom 3 has a queen bed. All bedrooms have their own closet and are located on the first floor.

Bedroom 4 has a double bed, a closet, and a private bathroom across the hall. Bedroom 5 has a king bed and a sofa bed, an optional sleeping space, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom, located on the second floor.

The second living room has a sofa bed as an optional extra sleeping space.

For your convenience, two laundry rooms are located, one on each floor.

Tastefully decorated with Herman Miller and Vitra Art, furnished with Ligne Roset and Design Within Reach furniture.
