About this property
Luxury Lodo Denver High-Rise, Amazing Denver views, near Union Station, pool
Centrally located, close to concerts and sports events. Located in the heart of downtown, on the edge of the exciting Union Station redevelopment. The neighborhood has been changing so dramatically that our photographs of the skyline are different every month (you'll see a range of views, from an empty expanse just a few years ago to a brand-new vibrant cityscape now).
Note: the HOA and the city of Denver prohibit short-term rentals, which is why we have the 29-night minimum.
Union Station now offers full rail service to the airport, so getting around without a car is easier than ever. Or you can travel by Amtrak east (Chicago and beyond) or West, to the mountains or on to Salt Lake City or California. There is a morning train to the ski resort of Winter Park (with a stop in Winter Park itself on ski weekends or in the nearby town of Fraser any day, with a free bus to Winter Park Resort).
In just a few years, scores of restaurants and bars have been added to the immediate neighborhood, along with two large full-service grocery stores (Whole Foods and King Sooper).
Better deal than a downtown Denver hotel. Monthly furnished executive or corporate rentals.

About the host
Hosted by Ned Liston

Ned and Kirsten live just outside of Denver and recently fell in love with the exciting, central LoDo/Riverfront Park location. We have three other VRBO properties--a two-bedroom Denver condo and also ski condos in Breckenridge and Winter Park--and we're thrilled this beautiful condo and its location right in the heart of downtown.
Why they chose this property
Glass House has the greatest views of the Denver skyline and the best pool/picnic deck of any building in Denver. And the location is perfect, right on a park and just a short walk to downtown or the Highlands. We've looked at most buildings in Denver and decided nothing matched Glass House for elegance, location, views, and conveniences.
What makes this property unique
We looked at multiple units in Glass House and patiently waited for the perfect opportunity. Many units had less appealing views or floor plans. Some had had great views and layouts but were on such high floors that the idea of stepping onto (or even near) the balcony was a scary prospect. Our unit is on the 9th floor facing the Denver Skyline and overlooking the Union Station development; with the pool deck right below on the 8th floor, the balcony feels much more comfortable. The trees and landscaping of the 8th-floor deck add visual interest and a sense that you're still part of the natural world. And the views are unbeatable.
