Come and enjoy this fully renovated, well appointed 3-bedroom marvelous house in the desirable Central Lonsdale area of North Vancouver. Guests will find a queen bed, a full bed, and a twin bed, plus a convenient office space for anyone needed to get some work done. The home has a modern split level concept offering comfort and functionality across four levels. Located in a central area within walking distance to Lonsdale Ave, Seabus as well as easy access to West Vancouver, Downtown Vancouver on transit or driving.
The house is bright and modern with lots of natural light. The sunken living room has a great fire place for cozy nights in while enjoying the downtown views. There is also an awesome south facing deck which is perfect for outdoor dining and enjoy the city views of Vancouver while watching the cruise ships pass.
