One of a kind, second floor walk up is located in the heart of Hinckley near restaurants, bars, and community gems. Just moments away from the pulse of Interstate 35, the excitement of Grand Casino Hinckley, IUOE Local 49 Training Center, and the serene beauty of Willard Mungar trailhead and state parks. Your adventure begins here!
The space This cozy vintage two bedroom condo is located on the second floor (approx 16 stairs) above a bar/restaurant in downtown a Hinckley.
The main bedroom is outfitted with a king, pillow top Serta mattress, walk-in closet for all your belongings, sound machine and Bluetooth record player.
Tucked away in the back of the unit you’ll find a quiet second bedroom with a TV with ROKU with close proximity to the bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with both a Keurig and a more traditional drip coffee maker along with a microwave, full sized refrigerator/freezer and range/oven. It also has a large kitchen table for playing cards (games located in the drawers under the TV) or to use as a work surface.
Dual reclining love seat and deep sofa make the living the perfect spot for watching a movie.
Not quite room service, but being conveniently located above a bar/restaurant means you can relax and leave the cooking to us.
Will you hear the bar/restaurant? Maybe. What you might hear would be comparable to staying near an elevator in a traditional hotel setting. If you have a TV or music on in the unit you shouldn’t notice any outside sounds.
That being said, the bar/restaurant doesn’t open until 11am or noon and is typically closed by 9:30-10pm. So unlike a hotel, you will have plenty of uninterrupted quiet time for sleeping.
Guest access This quaint condo is the only residence in the building and you will have full, private access to the entire unit.
Free street parking is available, or a private space is located in the alley.
On the day of check in you will receive a unique door access code. Each door code is automatically deactivated at checkout and not reused.
