White Pearl 0.07 Deluxe Suite with sauna, terrace, and beach chair—dogs welcome

Luxury Suite 0.07 is located on the garden level of the White Pearl, just a second row back from the fine-sand beach that stretches for kilometres. With 90 m2 of space, it can accommodate 4 people. Your dog is welcome, too! The two spacious bedrooms each feature a double box-spring bed and a 50-inch TV. Cots can be provided upon request. One of the two bedrooms has direct access to the terrace, while the other offers a view of the forest.
You can look forward to a cosy living-dining area. This area also has additional access to the terrace and features another 50-inch TV. All TVs are streaming-enabled.
The suite features an open and modern kitchenette with high-quality appliances. The modern natural stone and marble bathroom, as well as the private sauna with a glass front (2.37 x 1.19 m), round out the suite.
A highlight of the apartment is the wraparound terrace, which is bathed in sunlight from morning through the afternoon, allowing for relaxing days in a beach chair or a delicious meal in the fresh air.

The apartment includes an underground parking space. You can easily take the lift from there to the ground floor.
The apartment is accessible in accordance with LBO standards.


Complex:

The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been in existence since 1994. In 2018–2019, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class holiday property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square metres, spread across a basement with underground parking, the ground floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground car park is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical socket. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the ground floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are built to be accessible. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bike storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

Thanks to the large windows and the balcony or terrace, you’ll find a light-filled apartment in every season—and depending on the location within the building, some even offer ocean views.

As the name suggests, the town of Timmendorfer Strand is located directly on the kilometer-long, white sandy beach of Lübeck Bay.

Timmendorfer Strand is one of Germany’s best-known and most popular Baltic Sea resorts, boasting excellent infrastructure.

The newly redesigned, beautiful promenade offers an impressive variety of attractive leisure activities and exclusive shopping opportunities.

The neighbouring Baltic Sea resorts to the north (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug, Sierksdorf, Neustadt, Pelzerhaken, Rettin, Grömitz) and to the south (Niendorf, Travemünde) further enhance the range of wellness and recreational experiences.

Lübeck (20 km away) and Hamburg (85 km away) are easily accessible by train or car.
