This 85 m² 3-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of Building C. It is designed to accommodate 4 people, and dogs are also welcome here.

You can park your car in the underground parking space that comes with the apartment. You can reach the apartment by lift or stairs.

The inviting entryway leads you directly to the heart of the apartment—the light-filled living room with a dining area and an open, superbly equipped kitchen. Through the large picture windows, you can enjoy a view of the Baltic Sea. There are also two bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed—one of which has an adjoining private bathroom with a bathtub. Another bathroom with a shower is also available.

You can access the sunny south-facing balcony from the living area. Two lounge chairs and a table seating four await you. The beach is just a few steps away from your holiday rental!

All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an lift that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground car park to your apartment.

The clearance height of the underground car park is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nude beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. You’ll also find a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.
