This bright, modern 3-room holiday apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday for up to 4 people. Your car will be safely parked in the underground garage during your stay.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of Building B in the “Südkap” holiday complex and is at ground level facing the inner courtyard towards the beach, featuring its own terrace and even a partial ocean view.

The 76 m² of living space is divided into a living room with a kitchenette and two bedrooms, each sleeping two people. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed, while the second bedroom features a single bed and a pull-out bunk bed. There are also two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

The beautiful, furnished south-facing terrace promises plenty of light and sunshine, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The beach is just a few metres away.

All apartments have large terraces/balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an lift that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground car park to your apartment.

The clearance height of the underground car park is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.
