Schöne Lage, Haus mit Mängeln

Adresse der Rezeption nicht eindeutig ersichtlich, am Ferienpark ist die Rezeption mit Jalousien verhängt, davor veraltete Urlando Plakate, kein Hinweis vor Ort, dass die Rezeption verzogen ist. Die Gartenstühle mit Vogelkot verschmiert, die Küche innerhalb der Schränke verdreckt, benutzte Pfanne nicht gereinigt, das WLAN Passwort ist entgegen der Hausinformation nicht aufzufinden. Leider mussten wir im Dachbodenzimmer feststellen, dass auch eine Steckdosenverkleidung aus der Wand gebrochen. Vielzahl der Kommunikationsmedien, die Urlando benutzt: SMS, Urlando App, Email, Chat. Im Urlaub möchte ich nicht 4 Medien dauerhaft im Auge behalten, ob Urlando Nachrichten auf meine Anfragen geschickt werden, für eine einzige Urlaubsbuchung ist das nicht komfortabel und auch nicht sinnvoll.

Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber, modern eingerichtet und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt..

Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber, modern eingerichtet und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kamin hat für wohlige Gemütlichkeit bei kalten Temperaturen draußen gesorgt. Nur die Sauna war leider nicht wie erwartet, da die Tür komplett verzogen war und sich daher nicht schließen ließ. Dies haben wir aber gemeldet und wird hoffentlich behoben.
