Experience Los Angeles in this quiet, cozy 1 bedroom guest house. The space stays cool and comfortable with air conditioning and heating, making it perfect for any season. Guests will find a clean, inviting kitchenette and bathroom. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring the vibrant city, this enchanting home offers a cozy retreat to return to. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
House includes a bedroom with partial kitchen, sink, dishes, silverware, microwave, small refrigerator. Full bathroom with bathtub and shower. TV with Amazon and Netflix. There is a small closet, pull out couch, desk and air/heating wall unit. Small private patio outside guest house. We have two gates - one in the front of driveway and then an additional gate leading to the backyard. Guest house is in backyard and very private/safe.
