The holiday home, built in 2006, is located on the edge of a small, quiet holiday home settlement outside the charming village of Frymburk.
You live surrounded by a fascinating, almost unspoilt landscape on 93 m² of living space. The house is furnished in a timelessly modern, absolutely western style and radiates a very special feel-good character and a lot of warmth thanks to many lovingly placed accents. On the ground floor there is a large, bright room on the lake side with a very well-equipped kitchen in a nice design and the living room, which is furnished with a satellite TV and a new, comfortable and spacious seating set (also has a sleeping function & will then be equipped with a topper). The kitchen includes a ceramic hob (four plates), an oven, a dishwasher, a spacious fridge, a kettle, a mini oven, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and all crockery, pots and pans, etc... as well as many useful cooking utensils. In this room there is also an easy-to-use wood-burning stove (note: we will provide you with wood for the first day, if you need more, the tenant is responsible for purchasing it - this is the general custom in this region), which provides cosy warmth on cooler days. A cosy bathroom with a comfortable shower cubicle, a small sauna, a separate WC and a small anteroom complete the rooms on the ground floor. A lovingly designed staircase leads to the attic rooms on the upper floor, in which there are two separate bedrooms (2 single beds, which can also be used as a double bed if required, 1x futon bed), both rooms again with lake view, a further bathroom - with corner bath, a separate WC, and a small, cosy "bunk". The bunk can be used as a play corner or as an additional sleeping area for two smaller children or one adult (sofa bed can be pulled out).
In May 2018, a 22 m² wooden terrace with railings was added on the lake side, which offers you a great view of the lake and brings you even closer to it. An eight-piece garden set (four armchairs, 1x 2-seater bench, stool, table & swing umbrella), as well as a five-piece mosaic seating group consisting of two armchairs with cushions and a table, are placed on this area. The remaining space would also allow additional sun loungers to be placed there, which are also provided for your use. There is also a wooden settee outside, consisting of two benches with cushions, a table and parasol. At the back of the house there is an open fireplace with a barbecue grill. Rustic tree trunks serve as seating. And to explore the lake from the water, or to extend the range of leisure and fun activities, the house also has a rowing boat and a kayak that is easy for children to use. You are responsible for the safe and proper use of the boat. Please also note that lighting a fire on the lakeshore is prohibited.
The owners will welcome you personally on arrival. They are responsible for all cleaning, care of the grounds, maintenance work, implementation of improvements, etc. and always endeavour to guarantee you a consistently high standard of quality. They ask you to please leave the premises in a swept clean condition, dispose of rubbish and clean dishes. Thank you very much! In the event of extreme soiling, they reserve the right to deduct additional cleaning costs upon return of the deposit. All bed linen and tea towels will be provided. Please note that hand and shower towels are not provided and must be brought by yourself! If required, a travel cot and a high chair are also available for your use free of charge (please let us know when booking). Outside the summer season (July, August), both the duration and the day of arrival can be arranged very individually and flexibly. During the high season, please ask to arrive on Saturdays for a minimum of seven days. No winter operation. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
The nearby shore area consists of sand and stones in sections and is flat throughout. The connection to the well-developed cycle path is about one and a half kilometres away. A small kiosk, which is open in the summer season, is approx. 200 m away and other shopping facilities are approx. five kilometres away.
