Such an amazing cozy house to stay! We loved all of the extra entertainment and decor this property had! All amenities were great and overall was an amazing place to spend our time! Will be staying here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Our kids especially loved spending time in the game room in the basement. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed seeing deer every day, even right in the yard!We did run out of water one day, even though we were being conservative with our usage. The host responded immediately and had a contractor out quickly to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and any questions or concerns were handled promptly. Overall, we had a great stay.

Kristen was an incredible host. She checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and shared great dining recommendations that we ended up loving. Check-in and check-out were seamless.The house itself is beautiful, recently renovated, and truly feels like a home away from home. It’s in a neighborhood but still quiet and private, with a lovely outdoor space to enjoy the Colorado air. The hot tub was a highlight, especially when two deer wandered through the yard while we were using it.Everything you could need is there. Unlike many rentals, this place is fully stocked with basics like spices, coffee, and more, which made cooking easy. Beds were very comfortable, showers had great pressure and hot water, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus. The living room is cozy and actually comfortable, not just for looks, and we appreciated all the extra blankets.Location was perfect for us. Easy drive to Woodland Park for groceries and very central to the areas we were exploring while house hunting.Overall, a true five-star stay. We would absolutely come back. Thank you, Kristen!
