Appartement très bien situé mais vieillot

Les points forts : coup de cœur pour cet appartement proche de toutes les commodités : plage, commerces restaurants bars et gare maritime pour visiter les îles et son emplacement de parking privé. Les points faibles : appartement vieillot avec l'ensemble du mobilier usé sauf le réfrigérateur, la vaisselle vieillote qui ne sent pas bon et le bruit de la circulation dans la pièce principale.

Bien placé ( prix et emplacement)

Dommage: pas de cocotte minute pour cuire les artichauts en Bretagne ou les langoustes . Micro-onde pourrait être plus propre (interieur). Fenêtre coulissante côté rue coince un peu Intérieur vieillot mais pas gênant pour nous. Le logement reste agréable par son emplacement +++ ( port Maria)
